Cleaning Fee: $150.00 - $175.00/week Cleaning service once a week and/or on departure. Additional cleaning service available on request at additional cost.
10% City of La Quinta Occupancy tax.
Refundable Security Deposit: $500.00/unit ($1,000 during certain events)
We accept: credit cards (PayPal (3% processing fee)), cashier's checks, money orders, personal checks (please allow 10 days for check clearance).
